nak kurus cepat

Salam.

siapa tak nak kurus?orang yang dah kurus je taknak kurus.saya ni, dah lama berangan-nak-kurus tapi memang tahap berangan je lah.tak pernah jadi realiti.hahaha.pernah sekali jadi realiti.lepas PLKN.masa tu berat turun seiring dengan kulit yang dibakar matahari.perfect combination lah kononnya.sengsara nak putih balik.putih ke?hahaha~ habis PLKN, duduk rumah 3 bulan sebelum dapat offer.maka, mengembang kembali.memang tiada pasang surut.asyik pasang je.hahaha.even sekarang pun.walaupun rasa macam dah kurus, tapi belum lagi.jauh sangat lagi.jadi, jom menyahut cabaran!
malas nak taip banyak. jom, baca tips cepat kurus versi sizuka.oh sweet~walaupun tips cepat kurus ialah versi sizuka, tidak bermakna ianya dipraktikkan oleh si tokey versi.hahaha~ini ialah hasil google, bacaan tips diet seimbang ekhemmmmm & nasihat pakar [rakan2 yang berjaya merampingkan diri]
  • no ice, no sweet drink, no ice-cream, no chips, less chocolate, no fast-foods
  • boil your foods, don't fry
  • eat less but constantly
  • eat more fruits & vegetables
  • exercise frequently zumba eh zumba!
  • drink more plain water
  • minimize carbohydrate [rice, bread, cereals etc.]
  • no sleeping right after eating
  • never take a bath right after having a meal
  • pil kurus sendayu tinggi?teh orang kampung?pil surut perut mustika ratu?no komen~
  • mind-set
  • discipline
banyak-banyak benda dekat atas ni, disiplin yang paling penting sebenarnya.kalau disiplin takde, benda lain memang tak boleh jalan.dah jadi lumrah, saya ni memang selalu langgar disiplin. T____T. nampak kan dekat first line tu semua benda line saya letak NO kecuali coklat?sebab, saya tak boleh takde coklat.rasa lesu tak bermaya.hahaha mengada gila.jadi tukar NO kepada LESS chocolate.jadi, harus sedar keperluan melimitkan pembelian coklat walaupun coklat ialah super-murah.kalau tak beli tak makan, tapi kalau beli sekejap je habis.hahaha~

Churros

Churros is a traditional spanish food.

and yesterday, there was a Churros 'stall' at uni.We had so-called stalls and stuffs [outsiders come and sell stuffs like jewelleries, clothes, foods & etc.] at Quad every Thursday.Yesterday was my first try after seeing so many people ate the long sticks with chocolate and caramel toppings.looks yum~

it's my first time, but for Fareha, this is her 2nd time.Churros is soooooo yummy though.Now, I feel like I am in love with Churros.maybe after this, people will always see me queuing for Churros every Thursday.kakakaka.but wait.next week is the last week of this semester. T_____T.nahhh, I'll go & hunt Churros at Auckland City Market.kakakaka~
